Travel Purpose: business

Positive: 1) Location was a huge plus as it was a walking distance to places I needed to go to in the CBD. 2) The host was also very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. 3) Good value for money considering the price. 4) Instructions to get the key was easy to follow. 5) Getting a high floor was really nice to see the views. 6) The rooms were nicely heated at night and I didn't need to use a heater. 7) The beds were comfortable and had no problem with sleeping. 8) The couches and dining chairs were comfortable to sit on and were not hard. 9) Even though my room was next to the elevator, I had no problems with the noise as it was barely audible.

Negative: 1) The door not opening properly all the way. I’m not sure if it was the thick carpet or the height of the door itself that was causing this but we were struggling opening the door every time. 2) Weak water pressure of the shower. 3) Clothes airer outside the balcony to dry the clothes was broken and rusted. 4) Railing on the balcony had not been cleaned (a bit of bird poo). 5) Table on the balcony had no chair. 6) The ground floor could've had a ramp for wheelchair users or those with a luggage to carry around. 7) Keys were too far to get and return for my liking walking distance-wise.

Summary: Nice views, responsive host, great location, tidy room - still could be better.
